About the 35 Women Under 35
Now in its 25th year, Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 is one of the UK’s most prestigious recognitions for young female leaders. The list recognises women under 35 who are already making a powerful impact across business, tech, and beyond – from CEOs and founders to trailblazers driving change behind the scenes. This list is a powerful reminder that leadership, innovation and impact have no age and that the future is being shaped by bold, brilliant women right now.
About Arazoo Kadir
Arazoo Kadir has spent over 8 years helping shape the trajectory of Yodel Mobile, and the wider app marketing industry. As Agency Growth Director, she has been instrumental in transforming the agency into the world’s most awarded app marketing consultancy, trusted by leading brands including UKTV, TUI, B&Q, and Holland & Barrett.
Under her strategic leadership, Yodel Mobile has seen soaring commercial success, with sustained year-on-year growth and a growing roster of high-profile clients. But Arazoo’s influence goes far beyond the numbers.
As a Kurdish woman in a male-dominated industry, Arazoo has overcome barriers to leadership and is committed to paving the way for underrepresented voices in tech. She helped launch initiatives like the Black Founders Initiative and Charity App Initiative, which offer pro-bono app growth support to Black-led startups and purpose-driven nonprofits. This includes work with fitness app Next Level Fitness and Breast Cancer Care, where her guidance has empowered these brands to successfully launch and grow.
Arazoo’s ability to anticipate market shifts and turn them into opportunity has made Yodel Mobile a resilient, high-growth agency. But her long-term vision extends further: to build a more inclusive and transparent industry, where leadership is accessible to women and underrepresented groups alike.
As part of the nomination process, clients were invited to share their perspective on Arazoo’s work and approach. Safe to say, they were all forthcoming.
“What truly sets Arazoo apart is her ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels. Her warmth, professionalism, and collaborative approach make her a trusted partner who effortlessly balances the demands of multiple stakeholders. She listens intently, offers thoughtful solutions, and ensures that every engagement feels seamless and productive. Arazoo’s leadership and commitment to excellence make her incredibly deserving of this recognition, and I am proud to support her nomination.”
– Harry Blamire, Head of Customer Experience, B&Q
Her influence as a thought leader is equally significant. Arazoo developed The Infinite App Growth Loop, a strategic framework now widely adopted to drive sustainable mobile growth.
Colleagues and clients alike describe her as “a charismatic force,” “an empathetic and caring leader,” and “a trusted partner who balances strategic vision with warmth and humility.” Beyond growing Yodel Mobile’s reach and reputation, Arazoo has helped build a company culture rooted in collaboration, resilience, and inclusion.
Her recognition in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 isn’t just a personal milestone – it reflects the values we hold at Yodel Mobile. We’re a business that backs its people, champions diverse voices, and believes in doing work that delivers both impact and integrity. Arazoo’s leadership exemplifies that belief, and we’re incredibly proud to see it recognised on a national stage.
Congratulations and thank you, Arazoo – your leadership is shaping a better, bolder, and more inclusive future for app marketing.
