    Another year, another wrap-up! As we close our 2025, we’re looking back with a huge amount of pride. It’s been a year defined by growth, momentum and some truly standout moments for the Yodel Mobile team. From new faces and major milestones to industry awards and thought-provoking content, we’ve kept pace with a rapidly evolving app landscape and continued to push the boundaries of mobile growth.

    A game-changing year

    The year kicked off in earnest as we proudly announced that Yodel Mobile had joined NP Digital – a major milestone in our journey as the leading app marketing agency. This partnership strengthens our end-to-end mobile capabilities and expands our global reach, allowing us to bring our app-first expertise to even more brands around the world.

    Early in the year, we were also officially named a Best Place to Work by The Sunday Times – a recognition that reflects the culture we’ve worked hard to build and continue to protect. And with that strong foundation in place, we welcomed eight new members across the business, from our user acquisition and ASO teams to the operational marketing and finance teams. Each person has brought a fresh perspective and renewed energy at a time of exciting transformation.

    It was also a year of personal milestones, with several long-standing team members marking major anniversaries. Nat Abel celebrated 6 years, Megan Dean reached 10 years, and both Rishan Weerakoon and Arazoo Kadir celebrated 8 years. These moments highlight something we value deeply: a culture where people grow, develop and choose to stay.

    A particular highlight was seeing Arazoo Kadir named on the 35 Under 35 list by Management Today – a well-deserved recognition of her impact on Yodel Mobile and the wider industry, from shaping our commercial strategy and championing excellence across our client programmes to bringing awareness and support to underrepresented groups and organisations within the mobile marketing community.

    It was also a standout year for our client work. Our collaboration with TUI earned industry recognition, winning the Performance Marketing World Award for the Email, Mobile & Marketing category – a testament to the strength of our strategy and the impact of true partnership.

    Beyond this, we continued to expand our global footprint, welcoming new clients across the US, UK and Europe. Brands such as Zenni Optical, NinjaTrader, HerVenture and Blacklane joined the Yodel Mobile family, alongside many others who we will announce soon! These wins highlight the growing demand for mobile-first expertise and the trust placed in our team to drive meaningful growth outcomes.

    Finally, a huge shoutout to our partners who joined us throughout the year. In April, we once again hosted the Big Fat App Quiz of the Year – our biggest and most competitive yet – thanks to AppTweak, RevenueCat and Vibe for a great evening filled with trivia.     So, what’s next?

    December marks 18 years of Yodel Mobile, and as we step into business adulthood, we’re gearing up for a year of celebration, continued growth and even more innovation.
