What is the Culture 100 Award?

The Culture 100 Awards celebrate the greatest places to work in the UK, recognising organisations of all sizes that are setting new standards for what it means to build a people-first workplace.

The Culture 100 Growth Edition award is led by the team behind hyer.co, who evaluated over 5,000 companies and spoke to more than 20,000 employees to uncover the UK’s most progressive, intentional, and impactful company cultures.

Winners were selected by a panel of experts from globally respected organisations like Patagonia, Atlassian and Google, leaders who know what it takes to build workplaces where people can truly thrive.

Building a culture that grows with us

Being recognised as a Culture 100 Growth Edition winner is a proud moment for the entire team at Yodel Mobile. It’s a celebration of the culture we’ve carefully crafted and continue to evolve, as we grow globally and scale our impact.

At the heart of our success is our people. Whether it’s through our inclusive values, our commitment to professional development, or our support for meaningful work (like our charity and founder initiatives), we strive to create an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel like they belong.

On winning the award, Mick Rigby, CEO at Yodel Mobile, said:
“This award reflects what we’ve always believed, that a strong, supportive culture is the foundation for great work. We’re lucky to have such a passionate, talented team, and it’s their energy that drives the culture we’re being recognised for today. As we continue to grow, we’ll keep listening, evolving and building a workplace that empowers every single person here.”

A company worth paying attention to

The team at Hyer describes Culture 100 winners as “the kind of company you’d recommend to your friends and family, the type of organisation worth paying attention to.”

    And we couldn’t agree more.
We’re proud to be recognised for the workplace we’ve built, and even more excited about what’s ahead.
