Junior App Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior App Consultant to join the Mobile Consultation Team at Yodel Mobile.

The Role:

As a key support to our lead consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services encompassing strategy, planning, marketplace analysis, martech, and product CRO. Join our team and contribute to our holistic approach in providing exceptional consulting services

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing launch plans for new apps, including defining target markets, setting KPIs, and coordinating pre-launch marketing activities.

  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify market trends, user behaviours, and competitive landscape to inform our app marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set up analytics tools for tracking app performance and user behaviour.

  • Analyse app analytics data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improving engagement, user retention, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop retention strategies and tactics, such as push notifications, personalized messaging, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives.

  • Conduct user experience (UX) audits and provide recommendations for optimizing app usability, navigation, and overall user satisfaction.

  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize app features, messaging, and marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate app performance, marketing results, and strategic recommendations to clients.

Proficient in data manipulation: You are confident in working with data sets in Excel, creating visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint, and possess a flair for visual storytelling and data analysis. Knowledge of SQL is a bonus.

Marketing or agency experience: Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment is desirable, showcasing your understanding of industry dynamics and processes.

Familiarity with mobile developments and user experience: Having knowledge of mobile app developments, design principles, and user experience concepts is a plus.

Genuine interest in the mobile/digital landscape: You possess a real passion for the ever-growing world of mobile and digital technologies.
